VP Support Services is a professional multi-service company based in Kingston, Jamaica, owned and operated by Venessa Palmer. We provide career and resume support, visa assistance, H2B program consulting, cleaning services, web development, travel planning, book publishing, tax preparation, and business/administrative support to clients in Jamaica and internationally. Our tax preparation services have been offered since 2017, with clients around the world - many based across Africa.

• Service Details: Type of service requested, package selected, appointment date and time.
• Documents: Resumes, identification documents, or any files you upload for service delivery.
• Tax Filing Information: For tax preparation services, we collect what the IRS requires to prepare and e-file your return - Social Security Number, date of birth, U.S. address, W-2s and prior year tax returns, and bank account/routing numbers for direct deposit of your refund. This information is encrypted and only accessed by your assigned preparer.
• Payment Information: We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed securely through PayPal or sent directly via Zelle or bank transfer.
• Communications: Messages sent through our contact form, WhatsApp, or email.
• Technical Data: Basic browser and device information. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

We use your information solely to:

• Provide, deliver, and improve the services you have booked.
• Communicate with you about your appointment, request, or inquiry.
